PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project proposes to widen Route 28 from 4 to 6 lanes from the Prince William County line at Bull Run to Route 29 in Centreville. The project would include intersection improvements and pedestrian/bicycle facilities on both sides of the roadway and improvements to pedestrian/bicycle facilities at all intersections through the corridor.
